I run my own company since more than 15 years. I always have one or two assistants, but for the rest I bring in the competence I need for each project from my network to make sure to work with competent and not the least motivated people.
I’m also co-operating with companies in most European countries as well as in the US and Australia and have great experience in coordinating international studies. I also moderate in English and French.
Traditionally, the consumer insights have mainly come from focus group discussions and in-depth interviews. But the more companies know about their consumers, the more they need to dig deeper and deeper and therefore a growing number of studies are made closer to the consumption moment and place, for instance at home, in store or at the pub.
