I work within two different areas. The first is to help my clients generate insights, mainly to assure that the decision making is as accurate as possible in questions related to marketing and business development. Examples of common challenges are to:
- better understanding your market
- better understand how clients regard your company and your brand/s
- develop products and services that your clients want
The second area is to create organizations that are more creative and innovative. I’m not just talking about inventing new products or services, but also how to rethink how you are working and finding smarter ways to work with your clients and suppliers etc. which in turn can save money and time and not the least increase your competitiveness.
